Cancellation Policy

If you cancel with 48 hours notice you will be expected to pay half the cost of your appointment. If you cancel within 24 hours or fail to attend your appointment please note payment is due in full. You will be required to pay this before booking your next appointment. Please understand as a business we have bills to pay. It could also be an appointment someone else could of had.
